Built in 1881 and located on Park Avenue in Baltimore. The Brexton is a national registered historic building. SKA studio was commissioned to design renovations and additions for the purposes of adapting the building for multifamily use. SKA studio completed the design for historic commission review and approval on all levels including: neighborhood, city, state and federal historic review agencies. With these approvals, the owner was able to secure significant tax credits towards the proposed improvements. The project was designed to include 13 luxury condominium units.
