Steve is the founding principal of SKA Studio and a registered architect with over 27 years of management and architectural experience. Steve is recognized as an innovative architect and designer. Steve’s design portfolio includes the design of over seven million square feet of new building projects spanning a variety of market types. Several of these projects have been the recipient of design awards from well-respected organizations such as the American Institute of Architects, Washington Building Congress, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
